Shares and shareholders. The first listing of Enea S.A. shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange took place on 17 November 2008. In total, the company has 529,731,093 shares, representing 100% of the share capital. The shareholding structure of Enea S.A.:

• The State Treasury is the largest shareholder of Enea S.A., holding 52.29% of the company’s share capital, which corresponds to 277,015,422 shares and votes.
• The remaining 47.71% of the shares, equal to 252,715,671 shares and votes, are held by other shareholders.

Enea is effectively implementing projects and initiatives related to the development of green generation capacity and energy storage in line with its Strategy until 2035. Enea Nowa Energia – the company managing renewable energy sources (RES) within the Enea Group – significantly increased its investment scale in renewable energy in 2025, expanding RES capacity by 400 MW in both already operational installations and projects. The Group nearly doubled the installed capacity of its existing operational installations.
